As he belonged to sanganer town tribal community, The selectors of rajasthan state sports council (RSSC) accidentally spotted the 14 year old Mr. Dinesh Kumawat and his friend at a selection trial. Impressed by the boys. Archery Skills, the Selectors Initiated the boys to undergo proper training and Mr. Dinesh proved them absolutely right in their selection by winning the sub-junior national Archery Championship in year 2010. Also he created a new National record in the tournament.
Mr. Dinesh Kumawat, 21 years old Archer, who is comes from Rajasthan. Mr.Dinesh is a promising budding talent. Who started archery at the age of 14. There after he moved to S.M.S Stadium in 2009. He was trained under renowned the coach Mr. Limba Ram. Who is making his first appearance in a mega event. Mr. Dinesh Is currently employed in Center Shot Telent ( An Archery Training Institute) Jaipur Rajasthan. And (Bal Sambhal Sanstha ) Chandwaji. As An Archery Coach.
He also made his national debut in 2009. Mr. Dinesh played & Practiced with Mr. Rajat Chouhan (ARJUN AWARDEE). Who is asian games gold medalist & also world championship silver medalist.

Mr. Dinesh began his national career soon after he entered the Junior National Archery Championship and won a gold medal in the 2013, Hyderabad, championship..

In the year 2014 Mr. Dinesh was appointed as the archery coach of CENTER SHOT TALENT (AN ARCHERY TRAINING INSTITUTE) of Rajasthan although the prejudice towards on Olympian belonging to a less popular sport like Archery can be well understood by the fact that he used to get a very small sum for the position, which was hiked after much havoc later on. In the year 2014, he was made the field director of rural sport in Rajasthan. On the January 2014, Mr. Dinesh has announced the national archery coach for state-level games 2014 by the Rajasthan Archery Association.
